Dom Casamento
CEO & Founder
Dom Casamento is the founder and managing partner of Kingdom Equities, a New York City-based real estate investment and development firm with over $100 million in assets under management. A graduate of NYU Film School and NYU Stern MBA, Dom began his career in hospitality and media before transitioning to real estate. He previously worked at The Lightstone Group managing multifamily assets across NYC. He is also a supporter of the arts, on the board of the NYC Ballet Young Patrons, Room to Grow charity, and a partner in Diner24 NYC.
Dominic Casamento
Director of Development
Dominic Casamento Sr. is the founder of D. Casamento & Sons, a family-owned general contracting firm with over 40 years of experience building and renovating residential and commercial properties across the New York metro area. Known for his integrity, craftsmanship, and hands-on leadership, Dom Sr. has built a reputation as a trusted contractor and mentor. A lifelong New Yorker and proud father of three, he now works alongside his son on major development projects, including Sunnyside Gardens in Queens. Dominic Sr. is an avid basketball fan and ex coach of St John's Prep in Queens
Lucas Casamento
Strategy / Operations
Lucas Casamento is a strategic advisor and former special situations consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and investment firms on high-stakes transformations and complex turnarounds. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Lucas brings analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to every challenge. He currently supports Kingdom Equities with strategy, capital markets, and special projects, working alongside his brother Dom on high-impact real estate developments across New York City. Lucas is known for his sharp intellect, calm under pressure, and commitment to driving value through data-driven decisions and long-term thinking.
